How it works

You have 14 days from your purchase to request a full refund — no questions asked. Just email hello@freshist.net from the address you used at checkout, and include your order reference if you have it.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Creem.
• It typically takes a few business days for the funds to appear.
• Your license key is deactivated once the refund is processed.

Why we can be this relaxed about it

Scanning in Freshistis always free, so you can see exactly what it would do before you ever pay. We'd rather you try it, and only keep it if it earns a place on your Mac.
